Modern Oral and Ecommerce are a big part of our transforming tobacco journey. Modern Oral includes nicotine pouches and lozenges. Ecommerce include amongst other and is projected to become an important channel for our vapor and Modern Oral products. This is a fast-paced environment with new developments almost daily making this a very exciting part of our business. 

We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst who will bring innovation, creativity and a great attitude to our team. In this role you will report to the Senior Manager Finance Ecommerce and Modern Oral and will be a key member of the brand finance team and of the wider marketing finance team. You will apply your expertise in reporting, analysis and provide business support while nurturing business partnerships with key stakeholders both inside and outside the Ecommerce and brand teams.


Education Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related area
  • Strong knowledge of finance / analytics with at least 2-4 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis or related analytical field
  • Demonstrated high proficiency in PC skills and detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel



  • CPA, MBA or MAC preferred

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support monthly Ecommerce and Modern Oral reporting and analysis, monthly and quarterly forecasts and the annual planning process
  • Proactively manage the marketing investment spend to identify risks and opportunities and ensure budgets are not overspent
  • Perform ad-hoc financial modelling (such as business cases) and analysis in support of Ecommerce and Modern Oral leadership team
  • Provide leadership and coordination to drive continuous improvement in processes and efficiency within the marketing finance organization
  • Perform variance analysis, including actual to budget and year over year performance for Ecommerce and Modern Oral
  • This role may also be required to prepare and analyze recurring journal entries as needed in support of month and quarter close activities
  • Assist with the financial planning cycle including preparations and maintenance of data and schedules related to the planning cycle
