Consumer Marketing- ADobe Campaign Speicalist

 

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work alongside the Senior Adobe Campaign Architect/Operations Manager in implementing multi-channel campaigns focused on Adult Tobacco Users
  • Understand consumer brand journeys and current operation support/development efforts and suggest future campaign enhancements
  • Build, execute and deliver Work Order builds in approved Adobe templates
  • Build accurate audience data for assigned campaigns using marketing automation
  • Engage regularly with Experience Planners to plan for sufficient capacity and support for new promotions
  • Research info inquiries and requests regarding audience size and customer segments
  • Review Work Order technical specs and ensure completeness in support of campaign operations
  • Build rules-based multi-step email campaigns
  • Ensure proper HTML presentation for all form factors and the quality of all outbound campaigns
  • Set up Campaign workflows with single or multiple data sources
  • Ensure that project goals are met and adhere to approved timelines and budgets
  • Proactively share wins and lessons learned to improve departmental and marketing competency
  • Ensure compliance with RJRT Legal and Regulatory guidelines

 

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Education:

Minimum BS in business related field, or relevant experience

 

Required Skills/Experience:

  • 2-3 years’ experience with Adobe Campaign
  • 3-5 years’ experience in CRM or Campaign Marketing
  • Basic understanding of marketing automation and campaign building principles, including workflows and planning
  • Outstanding project management skills with proven experience managing end-to-end projects including managing budget, timelines/milestones, multiple partners and deliverables
  • Demonstrated ability to manage simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to work independently and collaboratively (team oriented) with an enthusiastic attitude
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills

 

 

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Proficient in other Adobe Marketing Cloud Solutions (Adobe Analytics, Target, Audience Manager, and/or AEM)
  • Experience with other marketing automation tools Dynamic 365, Oracle Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ExactTarget, Marketo, etc…
  • The right mix of experience in Marketing and Technology is highly desirable
